Challenge
Sky wanted Early Careers to stand apart from the core brand but never lose the connection. The brief was to create an identity that felt fresh, exciting, and true to the spirit of "believe in better."
Idea
We reimagined the brand around a single concept: The Spark.

A symbol of new beginnings, great ideas, and even greater careers. Optimistic, bright, and cinematic. The Spark became the foundation of the entire identity.

Design

  • Born from the Sky master brand spectrum
  • Built with 59 flares, five spectrum tones, and countless particles
  • Designed to illuminate, not overwhelm, working in harmony with photography and film

System
We built a motion-first particle system to bring The Spark into Sky’s signature white world. Predefined movements gave structure and meaning, aligning to three brand pillars:

  • Depth: Infinite possibilities, growth, and diversity
  • Viscosity: Curiosity, exploration, momentum
  • Calm: Reflection, authenticity, space to be yourself

Execution

  • Photography with cinematic depth of field, colour-graded for vibrancy and clarity
  • Videography with flowing transitions and layered storytelling
  • Copy always centred, confident, and clear
  • A digital-first brand system, seamlessly integrated across social, web, film, and beyond
